The new Mini Trigger Curve and Mini Trigger Petite bring added style and functionality to the ergonomic sprayer line.

MeadWestvaco Corp. has announced two new products that further the company’s expertise in dispensing solutions for the personal care and beauty industry: Mini-Trigger™ Curve and Mini-Trigger™ Petite. Mini-Trigger Curve and Mini-Trigger Petite bring enhanced ergonomics and performance as the next generation of MWV’s fine-mist sprayer line, Mini-Trigger. Key customers include Alberto Culver, P&G, L’Oreal, Schwarzkopf Henkel, John Frieda and Bain de Terre.

Mini-Trigger Curve and Mini-Trigger Petite are ideal for hairsprays, gels, sunscreens and body sprays. This second generation design is engineered with an expanded range of outputs from 0.16 through 0.30 milliliters, and requires much less effort than conventional fingertip sprayers. In addition, Mini-Trigger Curve and Mini-Trigger Petite feature a new integrated button lock, which prevents accidental discharge of contents, providing secure, on-the-go portability for consumers. The Mini-Trigger Petite is also available with a 90º pivoting nozzle, providing the consumer with greater comfort and a more targeted spray.

“The addition of Mini-Trigger Curve and Mini-Trigger Petite gives our customers even greater possibilities in innovation, customization, design, and branding differentiation,” said Thomas Jonas, president, MWV Beauty & Personal Care. “We developed these products with our customers’ needs in mind as they strive to meet the changes surrounding products, formulations and consumer preferences. We collaborated to create a solution that was chic, functional and powerful.”

The Mini-Trigger Petite features a patent-pending design that fits within a 50 millimeter bottle footprint. The sleek design allows for easier filling and package placement, providing our customers with a more efficient supply chain.

The Mini-Trigger Curve and Mini-Trigger Petite are manufactured at one of our managed facilities in Shenzhen, China. MWV will be attending the Luxepack Monaco show from the 21st to the 23rd of October at booth RD13.
