"I joined the Silgan le Tréport plant more than 20 years ago after spending a few long years in the field of glass subcontracting. I am in charge of the supply chain, end to end, with a very nice team close to me. Our daily challenge is to successfully serve our customers in a market that evolves every year and is increasingly demanding. The requirement is a trait of my character, I never let go of anything, and it is for this reason that I like this job that moves and forces us to question and always improve."
"The Fragrance market is increasingly competitive, and if we don’t know how to be agile, then we will lose market share. It is in this dynamic that we enter every day. In 2022, I had the opportunity and the chance to be part of the XD11 engine repatriation project on site. We are proud to have succeeded in this project which now allows us to manufacture our engines on the site, and therefore to control our flows and our quality, but also to improve our lead times consistently.
