Presented at Luxe Pack Monaco, ERA™ reflects Silgan Dispensing’s commitment to premium and sustainable packaging. This fully plastic solution is now being applied to DNA™ airless systems.

Silgan Dispensing reaffirms its commitment to cosmetic packaging that combines functional excellence with environmental responsibility. The group continues to develop high-end dispensing systems that protect formulas, enhance consumer experience, and enable large-scale recyclability.

The ERA™ platform was launched at Luxe Pack Monaco in 2025, with formats dedicated to facial care and sun care applications (35 mm and 40 mm tube diameters).

At Paris Packaging Week 2026, ERA™ expands its applications:

Silgan Dispensing is using PPW 2026 to introduce two major ERA™ extensions.

The first concerns the DNA™ airless range, one of Silgan’s most emblematic products, suitable for facial serums and creams. Available in 30 ml, 40 ml, and 50 ml formats, DNA 35ERA™ retains its premium aesthetics while meeting future regulatory requirements.

DNA 35ERA™ combines the key attributes brands expect, within an eco-design approach:

  • Smooth and controlled actuation
  • Compatibility with the most demanding formulations
  • Precise dosing
  • Optimal formula protection thanks to airless technology
  • Recyclability within polyolefin streams

In addition, the ERA™ airless design ensures a formula evacuation rate above 95%, helping limit product waste and reduce overall packaging waste.

The second extension adapts ERA™ to small-capacity cosmetic tubes: 25 mm and 30 mm diameters, intended for liquid makeup and targeted treatments such as eye contour applications.

The LifeCycle™ breakthrough

ERA™ integrates Silgan Dispensing’s patented LifeCycle™ technology. This major innovation replaces metal springs with plastic equivalents to ensure recyclability.
