PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: 

  • Reception and sales order processing of national/international client orders. 
  • Manage derlivery tiem information.
  • Manage client incidents and concerns 
  • Maintenance of a part of the client documetnations and unification of documents , contracts , commercial, documentation file. 
  • Manage client requests for new projects. 
  • Interact with other departments (planning/Logistic) for correct and delivery time management. 
  • Contact the lcient for follow-up of order claims, incidents and returns. 
  • Contact the lcient to make arrangements to pick up order returns. 
Qualifications, Experience, Requirements
  • Middle Degree (Professional) 
  • 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.

We are looking for a proactive person with excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail who will deliver detailed analytics on plant performance. The position will be based at our Winfield, KS plant location.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary financial partner to the Winfield plant leadership team
  • Participate in the monthly close process including recording some journal entries
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and metrics
  • Provide first level review of results to identify trends and anomalies
  • Effectively communicate monthly plant results to executive leadership team
  • Review monthly/quarterly results with functional budget owners
  • Build plant forecasts with input from multiple sources during the annual budget process

Experience:

5 years experience within the Spring industry with working on setups and running production of springs.

Physical requirements: Walking/Standing/Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents that include but are not limited to, safety documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual.  Ability to read spring drawings and or blue-prints.

Basic math skills

Able to read Micrometers and Dial Calipers

Ability to solve practical problems
